9. BPG-Frequency Converting Board for Controlling Motor
Features May change the rotational speed of general three-phase asynchronous motor by means of changing output frequency, so that achieve the request of processing technology and saving electric energy up to 30%~60%. May be used as soft starting controller for motor. May be used in closed circuit of adjusting speed system by controlled circuit of some sensor and speed adjustor. Mounting and operating is very easy. Starting is smooth and steady, without current shocks (soft starting). The power source capacity could be greatly decreased. The power factor is constant (COSφ≈1). It has failure indicating and other protecting functions. Because the key part of the frequency converting board is micro-computer, so it has many functions: 1. Protection of over-current, short circuit, over-voltage, under-voltage, instant cutting off power and breaking phase. 2. May display in digital or needle to frequency, rotational speed, load, current etc. 3. May adjust frequency by hand. May set up processing technology curve of rotational speed by time changing. May output signal by DCS system to control frequency. The frequency converter may be selected FUJI or SANKEN or by user. Inside there are some ammeter, voltmeter, circuit breaker, pilot lamp, AC contactor, switch of normal or converting frequency, starting and topping buttons etc. The electric principle, choosing frequency converter and every operating mode may be designed by user's requirement. |
